We act as an intermediary and agent for transportation.
The actual transport is carried out by the respective carriers.

3. Booking and Payment

All orders must be placed via our website or contact channels.
Payment must be made before the shipment is picked up or delivered.
Prices are quoted in NOK and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the recipient and the shipment contents.

• Ensuring the shipment does not contain prohibited or illegal items.

• Proper packaging and labeling of the parcel.

5. Limitation of Liability

GlobalEkspress.no and RASAS LOGISTICS AS are not liable for delays, damages, or losses occurring during transport carried out by third-party carriers.
Any claims for compensation must be made in accordance with the applicable carrier’s terms.

Cancellations may be made before pickup is scheduled.
Refunds are provided according to our policies and the conditions of the relevant carriers.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be handled by Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the venue.
